Tools for businesses to create a variety of site builders including but not limited to websites, blogs, e‑commerce stores, auctions, and directory business pages, online meeting rooms, work from home desktops, whatsgood and link and list communicator apps, referral marketing, neighbourhood virtual malls, coupon marketing, deal marketing, voucher marketing and much more. Marketing and communication tools like bulk email, SMS, auto responders, online quiz campaigns and more.
đź’ł Payments Buyers pay sellers directly through secure payment gateways linked to banks. Webo is not a party to transactions — sellers are responsible for their own products, services, and customer service.
🔒 Privacy & Security Hosted on dedicated servers in the USA, backed up daily, mirrored, and firewalled. SSL encryption and DDoS protection are standard. Public sites are visible once published; private, password‑protected sites are available but cannot be guaranteed 100% secure against hackers. Never upload secret or highly sensitive information.
📜 Your Responsibilities Provide accurate information when creating accounts or listings. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Comply with anti‑spam and data protection laws when using bulk email/SMS tools. Respect other users and use the platform lawfully. Site owners are responsible for backing up and storing their own sites offsite.

Weboonline has contracted with Webo (Pty) Ltd, a South African company, to manage the Directory and Site Builder and to operate the platform for South African users and site builders. IntroductionWebo is an international directory and site‑building platform designed to help browsers and buyers manage global information overload. Users can search globally or locally by applying location filters in the following order: Country → State/Province/Region → City/Suburb/Area → Postal Code/Zip. - Global Search: Browse worldwide without selecting filters.
- Local Search: Narrow results by location and then refine by category.
Categories are displayed in the left‑hand panel, with the number of listings shown in brackets. After selecting a category, users can choose from available options, where the number of business pages, products, services, and deals is displayed. 3. Services for Businesses and SellersBusinesses and sellers (“Site Owners”) are provided with a wide range of content management systems, including options to: - List products and services as classifieds (for browsing and window shopping).
- Sell products or services online at fixed prices.
- Offer products or services via Webo‑managed auctions.
Each product or service can be listed directly on the Webo Directory. Sellers retain their own identity and customer relationships. Buyers are referred directly to sellers and make payments through Webo’s integrated payment gateway options, which connect securely to banks for transaction processing. 4. User Accounts and Responsibilities- Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Users agree not to upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Webo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Payment Gateways and Transactions- Webo provides access to third‑party payment gateways.
- Webo is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Sellers are responsible for their own products, services, warranties, and customer service.
- Fees, commissions, or subscription charges are disclosed separately.
6. Marketing and Communication ToolsWebo provides tools such as referral marketing, autoresponders, bulk email, and bulk SMS. - Users must comply with applicable anti‑spam and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, POPIA, CAN‑SPAM).
- Users are responsible for obtaining consent from recipients.
- Webo disclaims liability for misuse of communication tools.
7. Collaboration and Remote Work ToolsWebo offers online meeting rooms, on‑phone meeting packs, and work‑from‑home desktops. - These services are provided “as is.”
- Webo is not liable for downtime, connectivity issues, or data loss.
8. Privacy and Security- Webo is hosted on dedicated servers in the USA and backed up daily on independent remote servers.
- The platform is mirrored and protected by firewalls.
- Encryption & Protection: Wild Card SSL encryption is provided, including DDoS protection.
- Advanced Security: Highly sensitive sites may opt for third‑party managed firewalling.
- Public vs Private Sites: By default, sites are public once published. Webo also offers password‑protected private sites, which we request browsers not to index.
⚠️ While advanced measures are taken, Webo cannot guarantee absolute protection. Site owners are advised not to upload secret or highly sensitive information. 9. Intellectual Property- Webo owns all rights to its platform, software, and branding.
- Users retain ownership of their content but grant Webo a license to host and display it.
- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Webo’s software or services without permission.
10. Limitation of LiabilityWebo is not liable for: - Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Errors or omissions in directory listings.
- Third‑party services (payment gateways, shipping, telecoms).
- Security breaches beyond reasonable safeguards.
11. TerminationWebo may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for: - Breach of these Terms.
- Illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Misuse of platform services.
12. Governing Law and DisputesThe laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Johannesburg, unless otherwise required by law. 13. AmendmentsWebo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
